★Japanese cracker★


This time I will introduce Japanese crasker.
Japanese crasker is the one of cooked sweets.
They are flavored with the use of soysauce or salt in essence.


This is nure-senbei.
This feature is moist-texture and rich taste of soysauce.
I have eaten this. This was good! 




 

This is tako(octopus)-senbei.
This taste is bit hot but I like this one the most.

★Momiji-manju★

This time I will introduce Moniji-manju.

Momiji-manju is famous food in Hirishima.
I think everyone know this.





This is normal Momiji-manju.
This is like sponge cake and there is bean paste inside it.

Now there are many tastes.
For exsample, custard, green tea, chocolate, potato, and so on.

I like cuttard one the best.
My eating style is baking this before I eat.
This is very Good!! so please try it!!

I haven't esaten this yet, but now this is new Miyajima's institution.





This is like tempura.
The taste is custard, bean paste, and cheese.
I want to eat this so I have to go Miyajima!!

★Mitarashi Dango★

This time I will introduce Mitarashi Dango.
Mitarashi Dango is skewered dumplings soucing sugar and soy sauce.
I will introduce famous shop which sells Mitarashi Dango in Kyoto.

First, Kamo mitarshi chaya.
This is near mototanaka sutation.

加茂みたらし茶屋 - 料理写真:みたらし団子(400円)

This is 400 yen.
If you want to eat in your house, you can take out.
In that case,  a 5-pack of this is sold in 525 yen.


Second, Kotoka.
This is neaer demachiyanagi sutation.



One Mitarashi Dango and Hojicha are set.
This is 400 yen.

Last,Miyoshiya.
This is near gionshijou station.


If you want soybean flour, you can add it.
This is 80 yen  for one.

★Daifuku★

This time I will introduce Daifuku.
Daifuku is like a steamed bean-jam bun.
Daifuku has many kinds, this time I introduce some.

First, strawberry Daifuku.
I think everyone has eaten one.





Strawberry and bean peaste are inside rice cake.


Second, Hassaku(kind of orienge) Daifuku.







Hassaku and baen peaste are inside rice cake.
I like this one the most.
Hassaku is a special local product in Innoshima, in Hiroshima.
My hometown is near there so I often eat this.
This is very delicious!!!!
Please try this one.


Last, mandarin orienge Daifuku.




Mandarin orienge and bean paste are inside rice cake.
I have eaten this once in Hiroshima.
But this is sold anywhere so please try this!
